Description

2.0 Infinity Trays by Staal Plast: Active Aqua proudly presents these enhanced trays made of premium UV-stable High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS). These expandable trays are designed to work with standard 13ft wide and 16.4ft wide benches and are aimed for commercial installations. Even after prolonged use, these trays retain their structure and can be 100% recycled.

Comprehensive Design: The 2.0 Infinity Trays consist of End Trays, Middle Trays, and Division Trays, which seamlessly interlock to create one continuous grow tray, thus optimizing your available space.

Essential Components: Each 2.0 Infinity Tray setup mandatorily includes in a consecutive order: one End Tray with Drain, (up to 7) Middle Trays, one Division Tray, and one End Tray.

Provide Measurements: The End Tray with drain measures approximately 6.5ft in length, Middle Trays run up to 6.5ft, the Division Tray is available in 4ft or 2ft lengths, and the End Tray measures 6.5ft.

Sealed Construction: Staal Plast Polystyrene glue (STP3010 sold separately) is employed to seal the trays together permanently at every joint. For more detailed instructions, kindly refer to the 2.0 Infinity Tray Installation Guide.

Tray Features: Manufactured solely in the USA, these trays boast a low profile of 2.5-inch height. The lack of an arch lip achieves the maximum inner tray space. A staggering 65ft is the maximum length of these trays. Division Trays can be custom cut for length. Made from UV-stable High Impact Polystyrene, these trays can be completely recycled. Additionally, they have shallow grooves for ease of cleaning.
