Whether it is gardening tools or indoor growing equipment, we are committed to making your return or exchange process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
