Cutting Edge Cal-Mag Amplified

Coco coir growers will greatly benefit from the use of Cal-Mag Amplified by providing additional calcium to buffer the coco and maximize cation exchange capacity. Higher levels of magnesium are necessary for some plant varieties and heirlooms that originate from equatorial regions. The additional source of magnesium in Cal-Mag Amplified will drive chlorophyll production and maximize photosynthesis. Plants fortified with calcium and magnesium exhibit lush green leaves and reward the farmer with heavy fruits.

Foliar application is also highly recommended as a way to provide the plants with direct sources of calcium to fortify cell walls through the apolplast pathway, freeing mobile calcium to be used for fruit set. Spray when the sun is first rising or setting for the night to ensure stomata are fully dilated.

Directions for Use:

This is a highly concentrated solution. Add each nutrient separately to water and aerate reservoir regularly. Never mix undiluted concentrates as this may result in nutrient lock-up.

• Apply Cal-Mag Amplified to water after Bulletproof and Micro additions.
• Shake well and measure carefully using a milliliter measuring cup. If adding to an already mixed reservoir, ensure Cal-Mag Amplified is diluted in fresh water before adding to fertilizer solution.
• After nutrients are mixed in water, adjust ph to 5.5-6.5.
• Monitor ppm/EC and pH in reservoir and top off with fresh water as needed.
• Reservoir temperature should be 60-68 degrees F.
• Do not store product in direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
